Mark Robert Abbott

Mark Robert Abbott, 41, of Pittsburgh passed away Thursday, February 16, 2023, in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital.

He was born May 11, 1981, in Canonsburg, a son of the late Robert Charles “Sonny” Abbott and Barbara Keener Abbott.

He attended Canon-McMillan High School and went on to work as a manager in the foodservice industry for most of his career.

He is survived by four nephews, Brennan Abbott, Gavin Mays, Mikey Campbell and Darrell Diaz, a niece, Danielle Soyring, and a great-nephew, Hayden McMurray-Abbott.

In addition to his parents, Mark was preceded in death by a sister, Jennifer Lynn Abbott (Mays) and a grandmother, Helen Bushko-Keener.

Friends will be received Wednesday, February 22, 2023, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM, the time of a funeral service at Davenport Funeral & Cremation Services 420 Locust Avenue Washington, PA - Daniel A. Davenport, Owner/Funeral Director.

All other services will be private.
